RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We will gladly accept exchanges on all merchandise (excluding sale items) that are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all tags attached).

Exchange requests may be emailed to support@obakkifoundation.org or call 1.866.410.9701 to speak to a customer service representative. Please provide your order number and the reason for exchange. Obakki Foundation must authorize all exchanges. Upon approval, instructions will be emailed for the exchange along with an exchange authorization number (RA#).

All exchanges must be requested within 7 days of merchandise receipt and shipped to us within 7 days of exchange authorization approval. All merchandise must be returned unworn, with all original tags attached, unlaundered and unaltered. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise Obakki Foundation reserves the right to reject any exchanges that do not comply with the conditions above.

If you decide to exchange an item(s) you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and exchanged shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Obakki Foundation. Please note this amount will be charged before the exchanged shipment is sent.

Obakki Foundation is not responsible for the merchandise until it is received in our warehouse.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 3PM PST will be processed that day and shipped within 7days, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3PM PST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3PM PST will be processed the following Monday. Transit times do not include weekends or holidays.

SALES TAX

Taxes are charged to Canadian orders based on the province of the shipping address. US and international orders are not charged sales tax, but may be subject to customs charges.

SHIPPING

Shipping charges are applied based on the weight, dimension and service level requested. Costing options are calculated at checkout. You are responsible for any additional taxes, duties and brokerage fee associated with your package. Obakki Foundation is not responsible for fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Obakki Foundation, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and returned shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Obakki Foundation.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped you will be receive a shipment confirmation email that will include a tracking number and link.
